Arrive at New Delhi International Airport. Meet our representatives, who then transfer you to your already booked five star hotels. In accordance with the time you have in hand, you can stroll the streets and roads of Delhi in rickshaw or sojourn to a tea or spice market. By night recline in your comfortable hotel room.
At daybreak enjoy a breakfast in the hotel itself, and then depart for the heavenly Laddakh. You can take a sneak peek of the mountains enwrapped with snow of the gigantic and majestic Himalayan range while you are relaxing in your seats in the plane. Reach Leh Airport. Here you will be greeted by the tour convoy and transferred to your accommodation. You can relax for the day and recline in your room for the night.
You will initiate your day with a delicious breakfast, after which you will be visiting the Alchi monastery, which has an architectural resemblance of the Kashmiri style. Then you will avail a panoramic ride enroute experiencing the magnetic force of the Magnetic Hill. You will also halt for some charming pictures at Sangam, which is the intersection of River Indus and River Zanskar. You will reach Leh, for lavish dinner and later you can stroll in the market or shop. By night recline in your hotel room.
At day break you will depart for the Nubra Valley. Enroute you will be witnessing the world’s highest motor able road, Khardung La Pass. It is 18390 above the level of sea. Arrive the valley and leave for Disket monastery, famous for the 100 ft. tall statue of Gautama Buddha. By night you can recline in the luxurious camps in Hundar.
At daybreak you will depart for the Samastanling Monastery located in Summor. You will also enjoy the double humped Bactrian camel ride, in the desert area of Summor. Reach back to Leh by noon. Then you will be visiting the castle at Leh and experience the panoramic beauty of setting sun from Tso Mo Gompa. By night recline in your hotel room.
At cockcrow you will be driven for a panoramic ride to the beautiful Lagoon of Pangong. It is the same lake shown in the movie Three Idiots. It acts as a partition between Ladakh and china. Here you can catch the magical glimpse of changing color of water, when light falls on it. It is indeed a photogenic sight. By night you can recline at the Pangong Resort and next day you will retreat to Leh.
You will enjoy the last day of your trip, experiencing the historical significance of Shey. You will be visiting the Shey Palace which was once the summer resort of the royal family of Ladakh. Then you will leave for Hemis Gompa, which is acclaimed for being one of the most populated monasteries in the entire Ladakh. Here you will be astounding to see the artifacts which date to the 11th century. Lunch will be served at lama –run restaurant. And then you will leave for the Thiksey monastery, which is a look alike of “Potala Palace’ in Lhasa. By night recline in your hotel room.
At day break you will be transferred to airport. Once you reach Delhi airport, you can decide on taking the international flight back home or add to the exuberance of your trip by availing the “Agra Extension tour’, which will enable you witness the very renowned Taj Mahal and explore the beauty of Jaipur.
